Experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher (E-RYT®) with over 6 years of proven expertise and 1,400 hours of training in Vinyasa and traditional Hatha Yoga, rooted in the Sri Vidya Tantra lineage. Combining a unique background as a former Elite Naval Marine Corps member and certified Personal Trainer, Ricardo excels at fusing disciplined physical conditioning with mindful somatic exploration. Having led classes, workshops, and retreats across the Netherlands, Australia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, he brings a global, multicultural perspective to his teaching. Ricardo is dedicated to facilitating transformative, holistic experiences that empower students of all levels to deepen their body-mind connection and achieve dynamic self-exploration.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ayumi is deeply influenced by holistic wellness ideals from Traditional Chinese Medicine. She deeply understands the impact of stress on modern-day individuals, affecting them physically, emotionally, and even in their action patterns. Answering her calling, Ayumi embarked on a healing journey, sharing mindfulness meditation with energy work and aromatherapy.
